How do we stand out as a nail tech, get fully booked earning a wage we deserve WITHOUT working all the hours?! Let me explain...
So many nail techs are working LONG hours, but not earning the income they want... Imagine for a second, being fully booked with clients who value your work AND happily pay your premium prices... how would this look for you?
I used to offer £20-30 nails and I remember always wondering WHY I was so exhausted and had no money in the bank to show for it! It wasn't until I made shifts in my business where things changed...
Here I am sharing with you a few core tips that will help you step into your premium era as a nail tech.
1. Master your craft & your brand
Yes, your skill matters of course. To be a premium nail tech your skill needs to be a higher level & you will be confident in offering nail treatments. BUT what makes you stand out from other nail techs in your area is your BRANDING. Not many techs can do this!

2. Charge premium prices with CONFIDENCE
I get it, wanting to increase your prices feels scary... but this is all a mindset issue that you CAN shift. My last price increase and I had mindset issues thinking everyone would leave because I had to raise my prices by a significant £10! BUT I was transitioning to premium, I lost ZERO clients and I earnt a hell of a lot more money per week too.
Because charging more is NOT about greed! It's how you run a profitable business, making it sustainable whilst providing value to your clients.

3. Your Client Experience
I could give you 10 different strategies that would work right now to bring you in new clients into your home salon, but if you're not providing an experience they are probably not going to come back.
There are so many good nail techs in your area, so why YOU? What is it you do that provides an experience? Because a cuppa & a good set is NOT enough anymore!
