Governing Law

As an Instructor, You represent, warrant, and covenant that: No Submitted Content shall infringe or misappropriate any intellectual property right of a third party. But, if instructor use HEVC compression, it's the instructor's responsibility to pay the royalties to the MPEG-LA, the owner of HEVC patents as appropriate.

Refund Policy

You acknowledge by purchasing an online or in person training course, mentoring session or masterclass through House of Nostalgia Salon & Academy (AKA HON Nail Academy) that it is considered a confirmed booking and payment, and you agree to the terms and conditions outlined within this policy.
All course bookings and purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This means when a course is purchased or in person training date is booked and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued after a 14 day period. To receive a refund within 14 days you must not have accessed any of the training material online or in person.
In an event where you need change your in person booking, we will be as flexible as possible with doing so to accommodate, subject to availability, with at least 14 days notice to your booked training date. This can incur an additional charge.
If you wish to cancel your training due to reasons outside of House of Nostalgia Salon & Academy (HON Nail Academy) such as change of circumstances, finances, personal reasons or work/logistic reasons, or you are a no show to your training, the no-refund policy will apply.
While policy states that no refunds will be issued, House of Nostalgia Salon & Academy (HON Nail Academy) reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretional refunds in exceptional circumstances, solely at our discretion.
